Diet Time!

I know I will hear this from at least five different people that I don't need to diet. Well, I don't. But I want to simply because I'd like to eat a more balanced diet. I've been feeling sleepy and rundown the majority of the time, and that's not how I want to feel when I have free time after school and work.

I've started taking vitamins every morning and trying to get more sleep, though it is difficult to come home from work and then crash out for the night. Now I figure it's time to make sure I try to be healthier, especially with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas looming on the horizon.

I want to be able to eat turkey and cake, damn it, and not feel fat after doing so!

Dieting takes a lot of conviction. You really don't need it, but I wish you luck! =]

I'm totally with you Chloe! What you eat makes a big difference in everything else in your life, I really really need to start thinking about how I can take better care of myself. You and I should go to the school's gym together! Excercise can do wonders with your energy and mood too.
